ViralWords.ai is an AI-powered tool for creating optimized social media content. You enter a topic, choose the target platform – and our AI generates a tailored, platform-optimized post in seconds.

Who is ViralWords.ai for?

For content creators, social media managers, entrepreneurs, freelancers, agencies, and anyone who regularly creates social media content and wants to save time.

Which platforms are supported?

We currently support TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube (scripts), Threads, and Pinterest. Each platform has its own character limits and optimizations.

In which languages can content be generated?

ViralWords.ai supports 16 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Swedish, Arabic, Turkish, and Russian. The language is set at the top of the page via the flag selector and automatically applies to all generated content.

Can I edit the generated content?

Yes, you can copy all generated content and freely edit and customize it before publishing.

How do I enter a good topic?

The more specific your topic, the better the generated content. Instead of just entering a keyword, briefly describe what it's about.

How do I best use the topic field?

Pack as much context as possible into your topic. In addition to the actual topic, you can also include background info, target audience, promotions, or special requests:

• Target audience: "…for women aged 25–40 interested in sustainable lifestyle"
• Brand info: "We're a vegan startup from Berlin selling sustainable snacks – post about…"
• Promotions: "Mention our new promotion: 20% off until the end of the month"

The more details you provide, the more tailored the generated content will be.

Which settings should I choose?

In the generator, you can adjust several options:

• Platform: Choose the platform for which the content is intended – each has its own character limits and optimized formats.
• URL (optional): If your post should contain a link (e.g., to your shop or blog post), enter it here.
• Call-to-Action: Choose how your post should end – e.g., with a question, a link reference, or a prompt to follow/share/comment.
• Tone: From professional to casual to provocative – the tone affects how the text sounds.
• Depth: Determines how detailed the content will be – from a brief summary to an in-depth expert analysis.
• Creativity: Controls the writing style – from factual and reliable to creative, surprising, and unconventional.
• Hashtags: Set how many hashtags are added at the end of the post (0–10). Useful for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Emojis: Determine how many emojis are used in the text – suitable for casual content, less so for B2B.

How can I customize the generated content?

The AI delivers an optimized draft. You can copy the generated text with one click and then customize it as you like – change wording, add your own additions, or shorten parts. Use the output as a starting point and make it your own.

Can I serve multiple platforms at once?

You can have the same topic generated for different platforms. Each platform has its own optimizations – a TikTok script looks different from a LinkedIn post. Simply generate multiple times with different platform settings and save an enormous amount of time with multi-channel distribution.

How do credits work?

Each content generation uses 1 credit. Upon registration, you receive 5 free credits for testing. You can purchase additional credits at any time as a one-time payment through our credit packages – no subscription, no automatic renewal.

What credit packages are available?

We offer three packages:

• Basic – 50 credits for 9,99 € (incl. VAT)
• Pro – 150 credits for 24,99 € (incl. VAT)
• Business – 500 credits for 69,99 € (incl. VAT)

Is there a subscription or automatic renewal?

No. All credit packages are one-time payments. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. You buy credits when you need them.

Do my credits expire?

No, once purchased, credits do not expire and remain in your account until you use them.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. All common payment methods are supported, including credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, SEPA direct debit, and more depending on your country.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, after each payment you will automatically receive a confirmation email from Stripe. Upon request, we can also issue a separate invoice. Contact us at info@viralwords.ai.

Are refunds possible?

Digital goods are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal (§ 356 Abs. 5 BGB) once the service has begun. However, if you experience a technical problem, contact us – we'll find a solution.

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started for Free", enter your email address and a password. You will receive a confirmation email with a verification link. After confirmation, you can log in.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can have your account deleted at any time. Write to us at info@viralwords.ai and we will delete your account along with all data within 72 hours.

What happens with my data?

Your data is stored on servers in Germany (Hetzner, Nuremberg) and is not shared with third parties. More information in our Privacy Policy.

How does the referral program work?

In your dashboard, under "Invite Friends", you'll find a personal invitation link. When someone registers through your link, you both receive bonus credits.

What AI is used?

We use a powerful language model specifically optimized for social media content. The AI processing takes place on our own servers in Germany.

Who owns the generated content?

The generated content belongs to you. You can freely use, edit, and publish it – for private or commercial purposes.
